A great way to help the children create a healthy relationship with food & to inculcate the habit of sharing , KG section of NKES organized a food festival on 10th April with great zeal & enthusiasm. All the KG classrooms were decorated with food festival charts. The SrKG section kids participated in making crown activity and decorating it. After decorating crown all the SrKG children wore their crowns. Children were looking adorable in their festive attires. Parents supported the food festival celebration by sending varieties of mouth watering dishes like Samosa , Vada pav, Idli chutneys , Sambhar, Mendu vada, Dal vada , Bhajiyas, Bhel and Gulab jamuns .
Varieties of Food were displayed on the table. Teachers and other KG staff were happy to serve the delicious food to all the children. After relishing delicious, authentic food items the teachers played songs. Students along with their teachers enjoyed dancing on various songs.
It was a memorable and cherishable day for the young ones of KG section.
