The Jr. College always assures the holistic development of the students. The college always aims to shape the future of the students by guiding in their present time. Along with the present and future, the past also has significance in our lives, as we all are products of our history. Coins & Postal Stamp Exhibition was organised by the Arts department under the guidance of Jr. College History teacher Mr. Sushant Bhosale. The objective of the exhibition was to establish and examine the events and happenings within human society in different times & places and to create awareness among children about history, to introduce them to the ancient Indian history, and to create a sense of responsibility towards India and make them better citizens of India. Students took active participation in the exhibition by accumulating information about the various historical models including coins, postcards, stamps, maps, posters and miniature sheets etc. also they made informative pamphlets about our great Historians and Social reformers.
The entire program was conducted under the guidance of the Principal of our college Mrs. Uma Maheswari along with the help of Jr. College co-ordinator Mr. Rathish Kuckian and Mrs. Saroja Rao, the strategic advisor. Jr. College gives special thanks to Shri. Parthasarathi Naik, President of N.K.E.S Society and all other management members who have lent time from their busy schedule towards the exhibition and highlighted important characteristics of the History to our students.
