NKE Society’s High School and Junior College lecturer felicitated by Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Education Minister, Govt. of India
Mumbai: Mrs. Nitina Shukla, lecturer at National Kannada Education (NKE) Society’s High School & Junior College, Wadala, Mumbai is among the twenty six teachers from across the country and recommended by Sri Aurobindo Society this year, to be feted by the Minister of Education, Government of India for innovation in education.
She was awarded by the Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank at a virtual event on November 24, 2020, for her innovative and remarkable contribution in improving education quality especially during the lockdown period through her ‘zero investment project’. The Youtube channel ‘Mathematics at your fingertips’ initiated by her transformed teaching learning process and equipped students with path breaking delightful solutions which were compiled in her e-book ‘Nanhe Kadam’. This noteworthy national recognition will inspire all students and teachers, especially at NKE Society’s High School and Junior College, which has a legacy of over eight decades of excellence in education.
